Nanny Scout will happily provide interview guidance, sample contracts and payroll advice.
PEACE OF MIND
We interview all candidates via video call and spend time getting to know them, understanding their skills and capabilities.
We request the 2 most recent professional references and Photo I.D from each candidate.
We ensure candidates have an Enhanced DBS on the update service and that First Aid certificates are current.
TAX, NATIONAL INSURANCE & PENSION
It is your responsibility as an Employer to register and pay Tax, National Insurance and Pension contributions on behalf of your Employee.

OFSTED REGISTRATION
Parents who wish to use use the Tax Free Childcare scheme will need to employ a Nanny who is Ofsted registered or who is willing to become so.
Due to this being of financial benefit to the Employer then we request that they pay
for the cost of registration.
We can provide information regarding these costs and the process upon request.
