Cheapside Pre School is on the edge of Windsor Great Park and close to Ascot in a lovely Village location.
Below Sharon the Founder and Director tells us more about the Pre School and the care they offer.
" I set up the Pre School in 2006 and since then we have gone from strength to strength whilst maintaining lasting personal relationships and a caring environment.
We welcome children aged 2 - 5 years for morning, afternoon and full day sessions between the hours of 9am & 3pm with an extended day available regularly or on an adhoc basis.
We also run Rainbow Kids Club from 7:45 -8:45am & 3:15 - 6pm for children aged 3 - 11 years old. Operating a walking bus to and from Cheapside Primary School. Children from all local Primary Schools are welcomed too (we suggest car shares with other parents if you wish your children to join us).
Our setting is in a light, bright and airy Village hall with a large garden for the children to play in. The garden features a roomy sand box with gazebo covering, an ‘outdoor classroom’ in the form of a spacious wooden gazebo and a den area situated on a gentle slope that is the favourite area for all the children. There is a digging area known as the mud kitchen which is hugely popular!
We are lucky to share an allotment with Cheapside Primary, which we visit weekly.
Here we grow fruit and vegetables to eat in Pre-School.
There is a myriad of equipment for the children to access as well as the opportunity to visit the adjoining park on occasions, including our annual Orienteering Morning and visits to the local RDA, who we are proud to support.
Parents can also use their 15/30 hours funding with us. Please just ask and we will be able to provide more information.
We currently have spaces for children to start Pre School in January and some spaces in Rainbow Kids Club.
Please get in touch and we will be happy to answer any questions."

"Can’t recommend Cheapside Pre-school enough.... all three of mine went there and lots of the same fantastic staff still there, lovely ethos and outside space, my ten year old still asks to go to the after school club for a treat "
Bernice Littleboy, June 2020
"Our two children have been attending for the past 18 months, using both the pre-school and the morning/after school club. The small team are a lovely group, with great experience and a very caring approach to the children. Our older child has progressed smoothly from the pre-school to the local primary school and benefits from the consistency in still being able to use the wrap around services. We'd definitely recommend it!"
Stephen Harvey, June 2020

“I like the toolbox and the things inside - the hammer, the screwdriver and the axe.I work with them.”
“I like the hammer too and the axe.I like playing with ball things all day.I like everything.”
